Sole Terms and condition Policies

Oh yes we know this is the blah part of it all , yet we want to make sure our client are fully aware how we run our services! Please read all of the following policies. By booking a picnic with us, you have agreed to all of our terms and conditions. Thank you so much we look forward to working with you !

SOLE does not offer Refunds of any services. We understand personal circumstances may change so we allow clients to reschedule a booking. Clients who wish to reschedule a booking, must give a 7 day notice deposits are non-refundable. However it may be used as a credit towards your new reservation.Your new reservation must be rescheduled within a three month window from your original date and you can reschedule up to two times, free of charge. Any subsequent reschedules, will be subject to a rebooking fee of $20. Once your picnic is set up, we will not be able to cancel or reschedule your booking.

As we wish everyday was a sunny beautiful day, their are days were weather can be unpredictable and out of our control.  Our job is ensure safety within our client for any event. It is always good to , look at weather in advance when booking event. If event needs to be rescheduled due to severe weather we will be happy to accommodate you, will email you within 24hrs.  We do require you to have  a Backup event location ( Preferably indoor,) It is the responsibility of the customer to source an alternative location. Bookings which are paid in full that require cancellation due to bad/severe weather may use it as a credit towards your new reservations. Please note availability is limited and most be reschulded within 90 days period from orgingal date. 

SOLE requires 50% NON-Refunable security deposit to secure date and time. Remaining full payment is due a week prior to event.  This is because we are securing  reservations for you, declining  other bookings, and passing your payments onto suppliers immediately.  Once you have received your invoice and payment details via email all payment can be made directly through link.  If other cirumcrustance come about we accept Zelle payment as well. Events will not be set up without full payment prior to event. 

Late fees: The Customer agrees that when final payment is not made within 7 days of the event a DAILY FEE of 3% of the full booking fee will be incurred until the balance is paid. 

SOLE strives and making your events as lavish and memorable as possible. We respectfully ask you to be on time to enjoy the most out of your event. But lateness results in your in lavish picnic time.( ex:i t will cut into your picnic time). Customers are granted 20 min window period for events. If your are 30 mins late it is considered no show and your event with be forit without reschedule or refund. Please allow 48 hours to cancel or reschedule. 

SOLE provides you with lavish style set up with,  equipment and clean item for the duration of your event. Please note  if any damages and missing items occur durning your event you are subject to a damage fee cost. In which will be taken from your security deposit and no longer be refunded. Please do not leave picnics and events unattended. If something was to  occur you leaving within a shorter time frame please let me know promptly, so I come break down and pack up.  all clients are responsible

Please note:

Series of Lavish Events cannot be held accountable or liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during our event. By booking with us, you agree and recognize that there are certain inherent risk associated with the event/expereince you are planning and you agree that you assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself and your party and further release and discharge Series of Lavish Events  for any injury, loss or damage arising out of you and yours group’s use of or presence at the event/expereince whether caused by the fault of you, your group, Series of Lavish Events or any other third parties. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and defend Series of Lavish Events against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, cost of expense, including attorney fee and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from you or group.
